In order to allow us to be more flexible and efficient in rescheduling cancelled appointments, we ask that you all make any changes or cancellations 48 hours in advance of your booked appointment by contacting us at one of our contact numbers below.

If you wish to change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of HUF 20 000 will be charged.

Our clinic will only be able to provide the service you require once the cancellation fee has been paid on arrival for the new appointment.

In the case of season tickets and gift cards, the service can be re-scheduled for a cancellation fee of HUF 20 000.

At Medios Medical Centre, we provide our patients with a comprehensive aftercare proposal after their aesthetic treatments to maintain and enhance the results achieved.

In our clinic, you can buy gift cards of various values, which can be redeemed for services provided by the clinic and products available in our clinic, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We offer parcel delivery for patients registered and treated at our clinic. If you need any skin therapy products and cannot come to our clinic in person, you can order them.

You can place your order by phone or e-mail and we will process it as soon as possible. We send our patients an invoice, which they can use to settle the price of the products ordered by advance payment. Once the payment has been made, the products are packed and delivered to the GLS Courier Service, which will deliver the parcel within one working day.

Please note that for orders under HUF 50,000, we charge HUF 1,500 for domestic orders and HUF 5,000 for international orders.

Our clinic is located in the 2nd district, at Budakeszi út 3, in the prestigious Szép Ilona House, in an easily accessible location. The best public transport connections are buses 22, 22A, 222 or trams 56, 61. There is no parking on the clinic premises, but you can easily find a space for your car in the surrounding streets.
